Tirupati: TTD EO D Sambasiva Rao instructed the IT wing of TTD to bring all the IT applications under one umbrella and enhance its efficiency under the supervision of Tata Consultancy Services(TCS).
During the weekly review meeting in his chambers in TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Monday, the EO instructed the concerned, that the Sapthagiri magazine of TTD should be distributed to all libraries present across the state free of cost so as to reach more readers.
He instructed the marketing officials to organise a meeting with the suppliers of jaggery and tamarind to see that they will be supplied on time.
Later the EO instructed the Medical wing that a team of doctor and paramedical staff should be available in the first aid centre in Srivari temple at Tirumala round the clock.
The EO directed the concerned to purchase high end machinery to clean rest houses and local temples in Tirupati.
He also instructed the forest wing officials to lay special focus on the speedy completion of developmental works of Avilala tank.
Tirupati JEO P Bhaskar, SO of All Projects N Muktheswara Rao, DLO Sri Venkatraamana and other officers were also present.
TCS TO DESIGN MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR BIRRD.
The TTD EO D Sambasiva Rao on Monday instructed the TCS to design a separate management soft ware for Balaji Institute of Surgery Rehabilitation and Research for the Disabled (BIRRD).
Reviewing on the ongoing developmental works in BIRRD in his chambers in TTD administrative building in Tirupati, the EO instructed the engineering wing to complete all the pending works including the construction of additional blocks in the hospital.
Chief Engineer Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji, SE I Ramesh Reddy, Director BIRRD Dr Jagadeesh, EE Jaganmohan Reddy, EDP Manager Bhaskar and other officers were also present.
