Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday presented the holy Venkanna saree- traditional presentation of Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam comprising of a saree, Kumkum, pasupu and bangle- to Godess Krishnamma. The presentation was made as part of the offering to Lord Venkateswara’s Krishna pushkaram festival which began on Friday in the early hours. TDP Begins its Three-day “Mahanadu” Convention
Tirupati: Telugu Desham Party (TDP) on Friday began its three-day “Mahanadu” (mega-convention) in the shrine town of Tirupati. Party workers and leaders from both states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have arrived in massive numbers to participate in the convention.
